The Legacy Continues
Founded in 2006 at Chandigarh as ‘Corporate Consultants’ by Late Advocate H.R. Bansal, the firm was rechristened ‘Bansal IP Associates (BIPASS)’ in 2018. It is currently headed by Dr. Parikshit Bansal, who has filed more than 30 patents for his various inventions, several of which are granted and commercialized, including ‘Small wonderlyzer’ a dialysis device (granted Indian and U.S. Patents). He has authored two books on IP– ‘IPR Handbook for Pharma Students and Researchers’ and ‘Fundamentals of IP for Engineers’, both of which are national bestsellers and recommended text-books. Other members of the management team are Er. Kompal Bansal and Er. Pulkit Bansal. A Practicing Patent and Trademark Agent since 2010, Kompal was selected for a prestigious Training Program conducted at Tokyo, Japan by the Japanese Patent Office (JPO) in 2017. Er. Pulkit Bansal is an automobile engineer taking care of mechanical and other related inventions. Owing to diverse areas of expertise which includes lifesciences, electronics and mechanical engineering, the management is well-equipped to handle inventions from diverse fields.
